Our Executive Leadership
“A house rises on the shoulders of many who show up before dawn.”
The Executive Leadership carries the daily work of the Foundation. Twelve directors are appointed by the Board of Trustees, each answering for a chapter of the work and for the communities it touches, from the tea households of Kericho to the diaspora chapters in London, Boston, and Johannesburg.
Between them, the Executive keeps the Foundation practical, faithful to its covenant, and answerable to the people it serves. Appointments are made blind to community and clan; every director serves on published terms, declares outside affiliations, and reports openly to the Board and, through it, to the nation.
