Mombasa carries the coastal chapter of the Kalenjin community. Professionals in the port, in logistics, in the tourism industry, and in the county government make up a steady, if smaller, constituency of the Foundation.

The chapter reaches beyond the city itself into Kilifi, Kwale, and the beach towns of the north coast, and connects into the wider Kalenjin community of the Gulf through the shipping and hospitality corridors that pass through the port.

Foundation work in Mombasa focuses on the coastal chapter, on schools that serve Kalenjin children on the coast, and on fellowship with Mijikenda and Swahili neighbours through joint elder and civic events.
