An issue names a question. An initiative is the plan by which we answer it, with a horizon, a budget, and a name our children will one day recognise. We keep our initiatives few and long.

Rift Restoration
A river by river programme to clean, replant, and title the fifteen most contested waterways of Kalenjin country. Anchored in Baringo and Kericho.

The Cooperative Decade
A ten year push to double the number of Kalenjin households that hold shares in a functioning cooperative. Anchored in Kericho tea, Bomet dairy, and Nandi coffee.

Mother Tongue in the Classroom
A whole of primary curriculum in the Kalenjin languages, prepared with the Ministry of Education, ready for county boards to adopt.

The Iten Pipeline
Running academies in every high altitude county tied to matching bursaries at Kenyan and international universities, so no athlete's career is a single road.

Council of Elders 2050
A generational programme to prepare the next council: eight hundred elders under fifty, formally trained and inducted, one per ward across Kalenjin country.

The Foundation Fellowship
A ten year, ten fellow per year public leadership programme placing Kalenjin talent into national institutions with a covenant to serve.
