Below the initiatives sit the programmes that show up every week. We hold nine pillars. Each pillar has a director on the executive and a budget that is public.

Early childhood centres, primary support, secondary bursaries, and university scholarships, with a preference for households and counties historically underserved.

Business advisory, seed grants, cooperative formation, and enterprise finance oriented to rural rhythms.

Community health worker networks, maternal health outreach, and a mental health desk for young people.

River restoration, forest defence, community land titling, and green enterprise incubation.

Language classrooms, radio, publishing, oral history archive, and the Foundation's museum programme in preparation.
