We keep a wide bench. Lawyers, economists, ecologists, agronomists, teachers, coaches, doctors, engineers, editors, and elders have all found roles here. Some are paid, some are pro bono, all are named in the annual letter.
Ways to contribute

As an adviser
Serve on a technical panel for one of the nine pillars. Panels meet quarterly.

As a mentor
Mentor a fellow, an athlete, or a young cooperative manager. Programmes are seasonal.

As a pro bono professional
Contribute legal, accounting, medical, or engineering time to specific projects.
- 04
As a volunteer
Support fieldwork in the counties on a project by project basis.
